The Board of Trustees carries responsibility for the statutory aspects of FMLM, including the management and audit of the organisation.

Trustees have ultimate responsibility for directing the affairs of the organisation, and ensuring that it is solvent, well-run, and delivering the charitable aims for which it has been established.
