Leadership720 is a bespoke multiprofessional leadership development programme for FMLM clinical fellow alumni.

The programme aims to:

Enhance understanding of your leadership
Provide a greater awareness of the contemporary challenges of leading and how you can use your skills more effectively
Develop a greater understanding of complexity and how your mindset may help or hinder leading in complex systems
Draw on the experience of individuals and shared learning within the group using an action learning style.
