As part of Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management's continued commitment to supporting future medical leaders, FMLM invited entries into its FMLM conference poster competition  Out of 120 participants, the winning posters are listed below. Congratulations to the winners and all who took part.

The competition theme was "How have you changed the system?”  which could involve any of the following:

• Quality improvement and clinical audit

• Policy development

• Patient safety and patient engagement.
