FMLM Online Conference: Realistic leadership

Hosted by FMLM Wales 

This half-day, online, CPD accredited conference will bring together clinicians from across Wales and beyond to focus on realistic healthcare leadership. The programme explores recovery at a personal, team and systems level by focussing on the realities of leading in healthcare and finding a pragmatic yet energising way forward.

Conference speakers will include senior healthcare leaders and experts from outside of the field.

Delegates will join keynote speakers and take part in interactive discussions.
