Alexis Hutson (Coaching Doctors) will develop your skills and understanding of your MBTI preference to prepare you to lead change and hone your team working skills.

Within this half day interactive workshop, essential for all aspiring and senior medical leaders, you will learn how to handle conflict, understand how others behave and how you can manage this. 

This workshop will:

  • Understanding your skills and preferences for leading change and getting the best out of others.
  • Gaining clarity on how you handle conflict, how others behave and what you can do with it
  • Strengthen your awareness of your leadership and management strengths and weaknesses
  • Improve your self awareness, awareness of others and managing your relationships
  • Understand your role within team dynamics and cope with the inevitable conflicts that arise
  • Identify your learning needs and build a development plan
