Medical Director's Clinical Fellow Scheme - what is it about?

Join three clinical fellows in this webinar while they discuss why they applied, and what they are doing now with a chance to ask them questions.

The clinical fellows will start the webinar by talking about:

  • what all the fuss is about
  • what you might expect to do in a year as a Clinical Fellow
  • what unique experience you will gain by working with healthcare leaders
  • why you should apply

The Medical Directors Clinical Fellow Scheme is an apprenticeship scheme run by the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management on behalf of Sir Bruce Keogh, the NHS Medical Director. The scheme is an exciting and unique opportunity for doctors in training to gain skills in leadership, management and health policy.

Clinical Fellows have the chance to work alongside influential leaders and meet key players in healthcare from the NHS and beyond.  Organisations that have hosted fellows include the GMC, NICE, BUPA, FMLM, RCP, NHS England and Health Education England.
