Oxford Leaders: Next-Generation Leaders Programme

The Next Generation Leaders Programme has been commissioned and designed by the NIHR Oxford BRC to enable researchers and health professionals to develop key skills in leadership and management capability. This programme is an opportunity designed for early to mid-career researchers to develop skills in leadership, conflict management and influence as they take on more responsibility.

Participants work on team leadership projects, supported by monthly skills workshops, inspiring guest speakers and a supportive community of alumni.
