Time management and staying resilient

Coping with the volume of work and professional pressures is a challenge for all doctors in the NHS, regardless of career stage. There are simply ‘not enough hours in the day’ and this is something we can’t change. Alexis Hutson (Coaching Doctors) will guide you through how individuals feel about time, use time and support you to instigate ways to feel more in control of your productivity in order to build personal resilience.

 This essential skills course will:

  • Help you to reflect on activity versus productivity
  • Explore what you can influence and cannot
  • Pick up top tips for getting the best out of the time you have
  • Reflect on and plan for how you manage your time

Part of the 'Essential skills' courses - a new series of personal and career development courses hosted by FMLM. These half-day sessions are designed to give an insight into a particular personal development area and time to reflect on your practice.
