I am the only Leadership Coach in the world with advanced qualifications in both coaching and coaching psychology (EIA Master Practitioner, CPsychol), and also in medicine and public health (MBChB, FFPH). Combined with my real-world experience as a medical and public health leader, I am in a unique position to help you to flourish personally and professionally.
After several decades in medical and public health roles, including at Board and system level, I now work as a Medical and Public Health Leadership Coach.

My qualifications are globally unique. I am is the only Chartered Coaching Psychologist who is also qualified as a doctor and as a public health specialist. I am is known for my impeccable qualifications and the excellence of my professional practice based upon my decades of skill development in medicine, public health, leadership, coaching and coaching psychology.

Coaching Process
I specialise in the complex careers and leadership roles of senior and Executive level doctors and public health leaders, and offer a highly confidential and professional coaching service tailored to each client’s specific needs. My clients are often experts within their own fields and want to partner with an expert coach to help them to fully achieve their career potential, and to support them through difficult professional and leadership challenges.
I offer two Coaching Programmes: Leadership Coaching is a longer programme focusing on developing yourself as a leader; Career Coaching is a shorter programme focusing on your career direction and career decisions. I also offer a mix of both. Every coaching programme is tailored to your individual needs and can including improving your wellbeing at work. I also offer staff development and group coaching, supervision for coaches and EMCC certified coaching skills training.
Evidence that my Coaching Programmes work
A recent audit of Fiona’s post-programme evaluations showed:
