John is a development manager and coach, and a former NHS chief executive and SHA leadership development manager. He developed Leadership online, a directory of leadership and management development elearning and online resources.
He has a masters degree in Human Resource Management, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and is a Companion and Fellow of the Institute of Health Services Management.
