FMLM and BMJ are joint owners of the journal BMJ Leader. The journal has been established to improve the results and experience delivered by health and care systems for their patients, populations and workforces.
BMJ Leader is included in FMLM membership and can be accessed here.
In 2015 FMLM published a literature review with The King’s Fund and Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) on the available research evidence about leadership and leadership development in healthcare. The review is available at www.fmlm.ac.uk/evidence.
