Reason for applying for the scheme

As a specialist pharmacist, Kieran has made significant clinical contributions to the services he works in, and the patients he cares for. Now, he has a desire to compliment his clinical skills with further experience and knowledge of leadership and management. He aspires to be a great leader, continuing to inspire and motivate those around him to drive change and provide the best possible care.

This scheme provides him with a unique opportunity to work alongside and learn from senior healthcare leaders and decision makers, to develop himself both personally and professionally. Previous and current clinical fellows speak highly of the skills acquired and experiences encountered and this has enhanced his drive and enthusiasm to be part of the scheme.
