Ms Kirsten Armit
Kirsten Armit is the founding manager of FMLM, has held the role of FMLM Chief Operating Officer and is now its current Director of Research and FMLM Applied. She has been responsible since its inception for overseeing the operational delivery and managing the strategic activities of the organisation. Kirsten has over a decade of experience in project, programme and operational management of national and international leadership development programmes in the UK and Australia. Kirsten has published a number of articles in national and international journals and other publications, as well as e-learning materials relating to medical leadership and management.
Kirsten completed the Australasian College of Health Service Managers (ACHSM) Management Development Programme in 2004 and holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Health Services Management), Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management), Prince II Practitioner qualification, Foundation IV in Coaching Skills and MBTI (Step 1) training qualification. Kirsten is an Associate Fellow of ACHSM and holds Fellowship ad hominem of FMLM. She is a PhD student at Cass Business School, City, University of London.
