Applications for the National Medical Director's Clinical Fellow Scheme open

Candidates have until 18 January to complete their applications for the National Medical Director's Clinical Fellow Scheme.

The scheme, now in its seventh year, offers the opportunity for doctors in training to spend one year working with some of the most senior medical leaders in healthcare in England.

Sponsored by the National Medical Director of NHS England, the scheme is supported by many organisations including NICE, BMJ, PHE, and the CQC, who are looking ahead to welcoming a new intake of clinical fellows in 2018.

Join an interactive webinar to hear from past and present fellows on their experience of the scheme, motivation for applying etc. Registration for the webinar (10 or 11 January TBC) will be available on this page shortly. In the meantime, please listen to previous webinars 'What's it all about?'.

Potential candidates should read the information pack and the FMLM Leadership and management standards for medical professionals before applying.
