FMLM Navigator launches at Leaders in Healthcare 2021

A new leadership development app from FMLM has launched.

FMLM Navigator provides career guidance and CPD to doctors at all stages of their career, from when they join the training pathway and onwards.

The app, which is available for both iPhone and Android phone users as well as online, has been built to enable doctors at all levels to create appropriate personalised pathways in medical leadership and discover the opportunities specific to their career stage. This definitive 'go-to' resource will be the first for medical leadership that will also record evidence of continuing professional development for revalidation.

The app was developed with input from an expert advisory group, composed of FMLM Fellows and others, as well as a focus groups of FMLM members and a significant investment from the Dinwoodie Charitable Company.
