July's bitesize book club to discuss People Like Us

Join FMLM Trainee Steering Group (TSG) representatives for a book club takeover by the Widening Participation Medics Network (WPMN) to discuss People LIke Us: What it Takes to Make it in Modern Britain, by Hashi Mohamed.

The book, which presents the alientating and segregating effect of social mobility in Britain, is a personal investigation which ultimately asserts we have more power than we realise to change things for the better.

The book club will meet on Twitter as part of the #BMJLeaderchat on Thursday 21 July at 7pm. All are welcome to join and share views.
