Leadership development survey to support doctors in training

FMLM is working on a national project to prepare guidance on leadership development for doctors in training, as well as developing training packages for those involved in supporting trainees in their leadership development, whether through formal courses or in the workplace.

This is an important opportunity to ensure the guidance meets the needs of trainees and the needs of trainers, so FMLM would welcome the input and insights of as many trainees and trainers as possible. Trainees and trainers are encouraged to share the survey with colleagues at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/ZC7BDR6 . 

The survey takes only 10-20 minutes to complete and will help to contribute to improved leadership development for all doctors in training in the UK.
