Speed coaching delivers a winning experience

Eight coaches from the FMLM coaching network provided free leadership development ‘taster’ sessions for delegates throughout the three days of  the Leaders in Healthcare conference, last month.

More than 40 delegates benefited from the professional development sessions – from experienced leaders with very senior responsibility, to those at the beginning of their leadership journeys – which were designed to help delegates think through challenges and offer a taste of the full coaching experience.
