The importance of finding space to reflect

Now that the 12-month milestone since the first lockdown began in the UK has been reached, and hope for the end of the latest Covid-19 lockdown grows, it may be the right time to look back at what we have been through personally and professionally, and channel that learning for our own personal development.  

One way of doing this is by taking time out to talk through complex and challenging experiences with additional support. FMLM has developed Safe Space Conversations for this purpose, which the South East Leadership Academy has been providing to clinicians in their region.
