Want to positively influence leadership development for doctors in training?

FMLM is leading a national project preparing best practice, evidence-based guidance for leadership development and assessment for doctors in training. To ensure the guidance meets the needs of trainees, trainers and educators we are providing an opportunity to share your experiences and ideas for the future.

The survey takes 10-20 minutes to complete. You contribution will inform improvements to leadership development and assessment for all doctors in training in the UK.
