Example appraisal portfolios

Using the guidance, FMLM is developing a selection of example appraisal portfolios for doctors in management and leadership positions from primary and secondary care and public health, in the NHS and other sectors.

The examples below are based on real appraisal portfolios:

  • Medical Lead / non-NHS provider
  • Medical Director / Area team

The hope is that the number will grow so, if you would be interested in developing an example appraisal portfolio, please get in contact.
