Wales

Membership of the Faculty in Wales is continually growing and is supported by an active regional network. Members are encouraged to participate in meetings and activities and capitalise on the strong sense of momentum gained in recent years. The network is currently considering various ways to work collaboratively to strengthen the focus and structure of leadership development at all levels in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for NHS Wales.
