Agents for Change: Speak up with power!

The webinar provided an overview of the need for training in professional decision making and shared decision making to give confidence, knowledge and tools to junior doctors and allied health professionals to speak up.

The session was conducted by four National Medical Director's Clinical Fellows: Aoife Molloy, Ahmed Rashid, Ed Prosser-Snelling and Louise Southern. This is part of a series of collaborative webinars with Agents for Change, a UK based organisation of junior doctors with the vision to create generation inspired and prepared to deliver world class healthcare.
