Lessons On Leadership By Terror: Finding Shaka Zulu In The Attic

Looking at the profile of leadership by terror, this title examines despots, megalomaniacs, tyrants and, more simply, those who are ruthless in the workplace. Common to all these is the corruption that can grow from the unbridled acquisition of power. Through a study in leadership psychology, the author attempts to bring cautionary lessons to leaders in contemporary settings, specifically drawing on the life of the nineteenth-century Zulu king Shaka Zulu as an example.
