Lilly lecture 2017 - 'Essential Capabilities for Medical Leaders in Complex Times'

This year's Lilly Lecture, 'Essential Capabilities for Medical Leaders in Complex Times', was delivered by Mr David Rooke BA (Hons), MA. David is Director of Harthill Consulting, which he founded in 1985. He is highly regarded for his work, with others, in developing and applying the Leadership Development Framework to leadership and organisational transformations. David has published several books including 'Personal and Organisational Transformations' and has co-written the award winning 'Seven Transformations of Leadership' article for Harvard Business Review.

The annual Lilly lecture was established by Eli Lilly & Company with the Royal College of Physicians in 1966 and since 2011 has focused on medical leadership to support the work of FMLM.
