Tim is a social analyst and group and organisational consultant. He is trained in the understanding of individual, group and organisational performance and specialises in working with organisations delivering human services.

Tim has a particular interest in the nature and exercise of leadership in teams and organisations. 

Some of his recent work includes:

• reflective practice groups in the NHS.
• developing learning materials for first line managers in the NHS.
• integration of health and social care
• Developing services for frail elderly people
• clinical leadership and management in education, in the voluntary sector, and in the NHS
