Time to think – how to generate fresh ideas and new thinking to bring about radical change

By Mitzi Wyman

The NHS is populated by people with brilliant minds and huge potential, but it is also a world of power differentials and hierarchy which can stunt and limit our thinking.

Time to think, a methodology developed by Nancy Kline, is based on the premise that the quality of everything we do depends on the quality of the thinking we do first, and the quality of our thinking depends on how we are treated when we are thinking.

In this webinar, Mitzi Wyman led the discussions and introduced the audience to the ten behaviours that can encourage people to think independently, for themselves, with courage, imagination, rigour and grace.
