Stephen Brooks is a management consultant with 30 years business experience. He is an expert in leadership and change management and is a regular contributor on these subjects at conferences and in the press. He was a Partner at KPMG and later at PA Consulting Group and has advised at senior levels across the private and public sectors. His experience and achievements include the organisation design of the two banks formed when the Government split Northern Rock, the delivery of Europe’s largest e-learning implementation for Jobcentre Plus, the merger of three Islamic banks in Bahrain and four studies into doctor’s workloads for the DDRB. Before becoming a consultant he held senior HR roles at Bank of America, Morgan Grenfell and Deutsche Bank.
His experience as a non-executive director includes 5 years as Chairman of the Enterprise Agency for Tower Hamlets and Newham. He is currently a Trustee Director of a pension fund.
Stephen read PPE at Lincoln College Oxford and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered for Personnel and Development and a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts.
