
UHDB are looking for dynamic, influential, motivated and improvement minded senior clinicians to join the Divisional Management Teams (DMT) in Women and Childrens and Medicine to develop and deliver managerial and strategic support to the Divisions and wider Trust.
Whilst the DMD leadership roles are a 3 year fixed term tenure with a renewable appointment process every 3 years, the Trust is offering substantive clinical PAs (4 Direct Clinical Care/Supporting Professional Activities) in the successful candidates specialty for these two postions.
The most important qualities we are looking for with these roles is someone with a passion for medical leadership and drive to continually improve our clinical services.
The appointed will work with the DMT quadrumvirate as well as our Executive Board to develop a strategy for the relevant Division to become an outstanding service provider to patients across Derbyshire and Staffordshire.

- Salary: £109,725 - £145,478 pa pro rata plus £24,000 Responsibility Allowance for DMD role
