Deanery-delivered Programmes

Improvement Leaders Collaborative

  • Multi-professional, blended-learning programme with a residential component
  • Delivered in collaboration with the King’s Fund and Eastern Academic Health Sciences Network
  • Requires £500 contribution, with the rest funded by the deanery

LeaP – Leadership Programme for Trainee Doctors

  • Comprises of classroom training days across one year of postgraduate training
  • Aims to equip trainees with the relevant leadership and management competencies required by their specialty curricula

East Midlands Leadership and Management Programme

  • Bespoke programme offered to specialty trainees across the East Midlands
  • Tier 1 comprises of 6 full days of teaching
  • Tier 2 comprises of a 10-week modular course, delivered and funded in conjunction with Northampton General Hospital (in development)

West Midlands Leadership Academy

  • Coaching and mentoring
