The new offering also provides an improved online experience, meaningful benchmarking and independent support throughout the process. Although the questionnaires are no longer directly based on FMLM's existing Leadership and Management Standards, the Leader 360 continues to address key aspects of leadership, including strategic, operational and interpersonal responsibilities.
