Coaching Approach

I am a Wellbeing Expert, Portfolio GP and Speaker having conducted extensive research in the field of Posttraumatic Growth. I have over a decade of experience working in the NHS and am driven by a core value of service to support others.

I have cultivated a unique set of skills, experience and credentials which help my clients to achieve their own unique optimum wellbeing through the promotion of healthier work-life practices and balance.

Coaching process

I am a positive psychology practitioner and coach and use a wide range of techniques and skills to support my clients. This includes, but is not limited to: appreciative inquiry, strengths-based coaching, solution-focused, person-centred, existential and narrative-based coaching.

My research area is Posttraumatic growth. I am comfortable supporting doctors with disability, long-term health conditions and those having difficulty with issues relating to discrimination, bullying and EDI.

1. I have an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology

2. I am accredited by the EMCC to Senior Practitioner Level and work as an EMCC accreditor

3. I have conducted research which has been published in the BJHP on Invisible Disability and Posttraumatic Growth
