FMLM Scotland Conference 2020: refund policy

Due to the cancellation of the FMLM Scotland Conference: Humanising healthcare, all registered delegates will receive a full refund for registration fees by Friday 20 March 2020. 

Credit/debit card payments

For those who have paid by debit or credit card, registration fees will be fully refunded to the purchasing payment card.

Invoice payments 

For delegates who have paid by invoice, a credit note will be raised and sent to the originator of the purchase order.
