Unleashing potential in others is what gets me out of bed in the morning and I have a particular interest in supporting individuals to develop their confidence, resilience and potential. I bring a flexible, intelligent and spirited approach to my coaching and draw inspiration from the field of high-performance psychology. Working with me, I will challenge you to think differently and focus on practical actions that make a real difference to you, to others and to the wider organisation / system.
