I am a qualified Executive Coach and Mentor (ILM Level 7), NLP and Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, Assessor for Personality and Ability (British Psychological Society) accredited to use a range of psychometric tools including MBTI, Resilience, Action Logics, Motivational Maps, Hogan, NHS Leadership 360 and I hold a Geography Degree (Oxon) and MBA Health Executive (Keele) and Diploma in Health Economics.

Coaching Approach

Jane is a former NHS Manager and Director and accredited coach with 15 years of experience as a leadership development consultant across the public, private and third sectors. She coaches senior executives and leaders, including doctors and clinicians, who all value her background and detailed understanding of health and care, but also her versatility in applying this experience to new areas. 

Jane is skilled in a wide range of coaching techniques, including neurolinguistic programming, emotional intelligence, vertical development and compassionate leadership. She draws on these and an extensive toolkit of coaching skills/tools to work in partnership to bespoke to a coachees needs. She challenges and supports coachees to stretch and be ambitious, enabling confidence to deliver outcomes, whilst promoting self-care and work-life balance.

She provides individual and team coaching and specialises in coaching people who are in difficult situations and want to change their behaviours and patterns.  Jane has recently been elected a Fellow of the Association of Coaching and is an Associate of the Imposter Syndrome Institute.

Coaching process

Jane’s coaching is compassionate and tailored to the individual, using a wider range of techniques and experience to build confidence, skills and resilience to deliver desired goals: she coaches senior clinical and executive leaders and brings understanding of leading and managing in the NHS and enables sustainable mindset and behaviour change for her coachees.

1. I have a deep understanding of health and care service as former NHS Manager/Director, which helps build trust and rapport quickly, so we can work on the real issues that matter

3. I meet people where they are, and use compassionate leadership techniques, especially effective for people who are experiencing very challenging situations
