Qualifications

I have an MSc in Managing Change, and Membership of the Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD). Coaching Approach

Person Centred and Results Focused 1:1 development growing your authentic leadership through new insight, clarity on your strengths and drives, and on the patterns you create with others. E.g.

  • As an advanced practitioner in narrative coaching, we develop your capacity to author your future in your self- leadership, and in your leadership of/with others.
  • As a coach qualified in the ‘Thinking Environment’ we bring out your new fresh thinking to work through the challenges you are facing to grow the choices/results which matter most to you.

I also have skills wisdom and experience in facilitating strategic thinking with top teams, and delivering organisation development with front line services and with senior leaders.  Testimonials

“Jessie is a positive but challenging coach who helps you build on your strengths and lesser strengths in a constructive and engaging way. She has a light and natural touch in getting to those difficult-to-answer questions and avoids that 'being coached' feeling. And her pragmatism and commercial feel has enabled me to use her in both public and private sector contexts with equal relevance.SQ

Jessie provided coaching through a transitional stage in my career.  I had reached the end of a significant project and felt that I could undertake a more strategic role, but did not really see that this would be possible with my current employer, particularly since I achieved seniority here through an atypical route.  I was also unclear how I was viewed within the organisation, but had persuaded myself that this was somewhat adverse.  By taking me through the experiences and choices I had made throughout my career, I was able to view with confidence the next opportunity – and I was successful.  I still experience self-limiting thoughts, but I recognise them for what they are and act regardless.LW

"Jessie’s coaching support has helped me through some of the most difficult experiences/ situations I have ever faced.  She showed an unusual insight and awareness of my needs whilst allowing me the space I needed to make important choices."

"I have previously worked with Jessie when I was in the NHS, so when I had serious issues to deal with she was my first choice for coaching and proved to be a rock."  DRW
