In 2014 FMLM started to lay the foundations of professionalism in medical leadership.
This has been achieved by defining the leadership and management standards for medical professionals and by collating the evidence base for leadership in healthcare. We also launched a number of new initiatives, including the coaching and mentoring schemes, the careers service, a new website and a series of regional conferences.
