FMLM and Hunter Healthcare are collaborating on a new collection of resources which aims to support doctors across all career stages to understand the recruitment world. 

This webinar looked at what is needed to support individuals in clinical leadership positions. The interactive discusison was led by Rebecca Bridger Associate Partner and Head of Clinical Search with support from Gareth Davies Membership Engagement Officer at FMLM. The presentation and discussion covered various areas of support available to those in clinical leadership positions, from leadership and management courses to coaching and mentoring.

The recording is relevant for anyone pursuing a clinical leadership role, including GPs, clinical directors and medical directors or those in these roles wanting to learn more about what support to access.
