Teaching doctors in training about management and leadership

In this editorial from the BMJ,Stephen Gillam (director, public health teaching) argues that new frameworks help but old obstacles hamper progress when teaching doctors in training about management and leadership.

The article discusses the five domains of the Medical Leadership Competency Framework and the positives and negatives of the model.
