•Identify a key individual within theorganisation to be a ‘leadership champion’who is an advocate for junior doctorleadership and can signpost them toresources and opportunities


•Provide mentoring by senior leaders in theorganisation

•Provide career support and advice for thosewith leadership career aspirations

•Leadership champion to report to the boardon a quarterly basis with updates about thejunior doctor leadership and managementdevelopment within the organisation.
