Tessa is responsible for the creation and delivery of events, conferences and leadership development programmes at FMLM. Having worked at FMLM since 2016 she is passionate about producing innovative, developmental opportunities for clinicians; that are effective at supporting FMLM's vision of inspiring and promoting excellence in medical leadership.
Before joining FMLM, Tessa worked in marketing and events in educational and corporate settings.
Outside of work, Tessa's interest lie in travel and Spanish language.
