About Me

I am a Consultant Physician, trained Intensivist,  current Clinical Director, and have been coaching doctors since 2016, including regular coaching for Health Education Yorkshire and Humber. My ongoing clinical work allows a deep understanding of the unique challenges of medical careers. I have a passion for fostering positive change and supporting people to achieve career satisfaction through coaching.

Coaching approach

I specialise in coaching people through career crossroads and transitions, to find direction and professional fulfilment. As a Licenced Career Coach I have access to a range of tools and exercises that support coachees to flourish. As well as using proven career coaching strategies, I use concepts from positive psychology and a range of other transformational coaching techniques, empowering you to move forward.

I have undertaken additional training to support coachees that are neurodiverse, and all coaching is tailored to the needs of the individual, with the level of structure defined by your goals, and achieving clarity. I coach doctors at every stage of their career, from trainees to GPs, Consultants to Clinical leaders.

I am a member of the EMCC and abide by the EMCC code of ethics. CPD certificates can be provided for coaching sessions, supporting your career development.

I coach doctors and healthcare professionals at any stage of their career to realise professional satisfaction in their working lives.  From deciding on a career direction to moving up a career ladder, from burnout, work-life balance, leadership challenges, developing a portfolio career and many other career dilemmas, I provide supportive coaching to achieve your aspirations.
