Membership of FMLM
FMLM supports its members to develop their leadership and management skills.
Trainee membership is available for £91 a year and provides the following range of benefits:
- Access to the FMLM mentoring platform, where you can engage with senior NHS leaders across a variety of specialties
- Discounts to attend national and regional events
- Complimentary subscription to our journal, BMJ Leader
- Opportunities to publish opinion pieces, blogs, or research work through our digital channels.
- Access to a supportive community of senior and aspiring medical leaders
- Access to member only educational resources, articles and thought-leadership pieces
FMLM trainee membership also allows you to get involved with projects led by the FMLM Trainees Steering Group (TSG).
The Trainee Steering Group (TSG)
The FMLM TSG plays a crucial role in representing the interests of our trainee members, developing and leading their own projects to support FMLM in achieving its aims. Made up of regional representatives and workstream leads, the group - currently chaired by Hannah Baird - meets quarterly and works closely with our FMLM members in their regions.
Vacancies for positions on the TSG are open exclusively to FMLM trainee members and present the ideal opportunity to get involved with FMLM and demonstrate your own commitment to medical leadership.
