Clinical Leadership: What does it take?

This webinar will look at the attributes needed to be a good clinical leader

Taking on a leadership position in healthcare organisations today can be both a rewarding and extremely challenging task. Leadership comes naturally to some, while for others, developing a successful leadership style can take years of hard work and dedication. In this webinar, we identify and explore the key attributes of a good clinical leader. We will discuss not only what these attributes are and why they are important, but also the ways in which they can be measured, identified and developed.

The presentation and interactive discussion will be led by Rebecca Bridger from clinical resourcing firm Hunter Healthcare and is relevant for anyone considering a leadership role now or in the future, including GPs, clinical directors and medical directors.

This webinar is part of the recruitment in clinical leadership collection of resources produced by FMLM and Hunter Healthcare.

Take a look at the video below for insights from senior medical leaders and join the discussion on the day to ask your own questions and delve deeper into the topic.
