Head of Nursing: Children’s Services and Sexual Health
I am an Adult and Children’s nurse who has worked in a variety of different settings: paediatric intensive care (PICU), education, advanced nursing practice and leadership. The majority of my nursing career has been working in PICU as a Nurse Consultant. For the past 3 years I have been a Head of Nursing, leading the Children’s Services and Sexual Health.
As a CNO nurse fellow I will focussing on developing resources to reduce conflict between families and HCPs, CYP nurse leadership development and issues around CYP nursing workforce. I am passionate about supporting, developing and encouraging children’s nurses to be the best they possibly can.
