Dr Jennifer Tempany is a core surgical trainee in Northern Ireland. She completed foundation training in Liverpool, followed by a clinical teaching fellow year in Scotland where she gained a PG Cert in Medical Education.
She is passionate about developing an inclusive, psychologically safe culture within the NHS and enabling other trainees to unlock their passion around medical leadership. She has a keen interest in sustainable healthcare and was the pioneering chair for a Junior Doctor's Sustainability group in her previous trust.
