Medical leadership looks beyond Francis, Keogh and Berwick

Seventy of the UK’s most influential champions of medical leadership will gather at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre to steer Europe’s largest medical leadership event on 15-16 October.

The 70 expert speakers include Prof Chris Ham, chief executive of the King’s Fund; Prof Michael West from Lancaster University Management School; Dr Michael McBride, chief medical officer for Northern Ireland; and Prof Sir Bruce Keogh, NHS England medical director. They will join around 700 student, junior and senior doctors at the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management’s (FMLM’s) second annual conference to focus on Leadership: Evidence into action.
