Who can see my personal information?

The Data Protection Act 1998 sets out requirements in relation to personal data. Personal data is any data relating to a living individual who can be identified from that data and other information which is held or is likely to be held by FMLM careers (A joint partnership between FMLM and Hunter Clinical).

The information you supply, including, where relevant, sensitive personal data relating to you will be disclosed to FMLM and Hunter Clinical and their employers seeking candidates for employment. FMLM Careers will only forward your information to prospective employers with your prior consent. It will be disclosed to persons to whom we may transfer rights and obligations in connection with our business, and to any organisations who provide a service to us, and who have agreed to keep your information confidential. It will also be disclosed to third parties where required or permitted by law.

What will you use this data for?

We will use this data to search for relevant individuals that match the requirements to specific and live medical leadership roles.

Will my current employer be able to access this information?

No.  They can however access your assessment and or development centre results, if they have commissioned the work with your consent.

Will I be bombarded with e-mails and phone calls from a recruitment firm?

No, Hunter Clinical will only contact you with relevant opportunities and if you have given permission for this contact.  Hunter Clinical can also keep you updated on medical leadership roles from across the system only if you have requested this.

Will I receive alerts to all relevant roles? 

Yes, you can select to be informed of various medical leadership positions.
