Coaching Approach

I am an accredited, full-time, transformational coach with over a decade of coaching experience alongside a lifetime NHS career.  At heart a change maker, coaching helped me evolve, overcome complexity and help others:

  • In my leadership and career - as former GP, Public Health, Medical and Organisational Development Director, and Kings Fund, NHS Leadership Academy and FMLM Associate.
  • Across multiple sectors - seminal work that led to the Five Year Forward View and leading culture change, health and wellbeing across three merging hospitals in the COVID pandemic.   
  • Scaling ideas - pioneering women 50:50 on NHS Trust Boards with UN Women and health coaching to national level as NHS Innovation Accelerator Fellow.

My aim now is to enable other professionals replenish, grow and lead for social good. I bring to the coaching;

My sessions are varied, interesting, holistic and based on a blend of thought provoking questions, powerful insight and creative tools, such as neuroscience, transactional analysis, emotional intelligence, mindfulness and systemic mapping.

Tailored to your needs, the ability to go deeper in a strong, authentic coaching relationship, helps catalyse personal growth and development (performance and goal setting), skills development (e.g.  presentation skills, networking, influencing), and change in beliefs (transformation) e.g. imposter syndrome and stepping out from “surviving” to thriving.
