FMLM GP strategy

This webinar started by describing the consultation work already completed by FMLM and then detailed the latest evolving strategy as well as debating on how to best fulfil its aims.

During the webinar participants learned to and contributed to:

• understanding what GPs are asking for to support them in their various leadership and managerial roles throughout their careers
• debate as to how we at FMLM will support, inspire and equip GP leaders 
• identify a number of activities or behaviours you can personally undertake to further develop your own leadership/managerial skills and resilience and also to better support GP colleagues 
• develop a network of like-minded GP leaders in order to support personal development and excellent leadership/management
